- Click on the Submit Event button located at the top right hand corner of the Events Calendar.

- Select New User? Please Register. You will complete the registration process at the bottom of the page.

- Enter your event details. Please do not copy and paste from MS Word as this will cause problems with the display of your listing.
- Images uploaded to the site need to be in a horizontal format and sized 570 x 400px to display correctly.
- If you have purchased a Ruby, Gold or Diamond package, select Discount Packages and enter the coupon code you received in your Welcome email. If not, leave this field blank.
- Under Registration Information, add your name, phone and email. You will receive your username and password in a Registration confirmation email. This will allow you to return to add more events, update events or delete events.

- Enter the word verification.

- Click the Review Your Event button.
- The preview of your event will be displayed and if there are changes needed you can click on the Go Back and Edit link.
- If you are happy with your event, select a Payment Method and click on the Publish button.

- If you have purchased a discount package you will see this screen:

Note: No posts submitted to this website will go live immediately. All posts will go through an approval process and will be seen by another set of human eyes before being published.
- To add more events click the Submit Event button at top right hand corner of the page and follow the steps above.Note: If you are taken to a blank page, just use the Go back arrow on your browser. The event will have been successfully submitted and you can proceed to enter a new event.
- When you have finished adding events, you can logout from the My Account box in the right hand column.

- You can also logout from the top navigation bar.
