What credit cards do you accept?

We accept VISA and MASTERCARD. The funds will only be deducted from your credit card once your order has been dispatched.

Can I pay with PayPal?

PayPal is free for consumers, and works seamlessly with your existing credit card and current account. You can also use PayPal and use your American Express card.

Are my credit card details safe?

YES. blueBanksia's shop is a secure site. 

Using your credit card to make purchases via our website is safe and easy! We're using a number of security methods so you can purchase with confidence.

All areas of our shop that request sensitive information, such as personal and credit card information, are protected by a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). This means that the information that is sent to and from our server is encrypted and therefore safe.

We use 256 bit encryption (that's really strong!) which means that information can only be exchanged between you and us - and no one else! A padlock symbol is usually displayed in your web browser when a page is covered by this security system.

Just to make sure you're really safe, we ask for your cards security code when you enter your payment details. For most cards, this is the last three digits printed on the signature strip on the back of the card.

How do I purchase a Gift Certificate?

Click on Gift Certificates, fill in all required fields marked with an asterisk* Once completed, click on the Add to Cart button and proceed to the Secure Checkout.

How do I redeem my Gift Certificate?

To redeem your Gift Certificate, select your items from the shop and add them to your Shopping Cart by clicking on the Add to Cart button.

When you have finished shopping, proceed to the Secure Checkout.

Follow the prompts, entering all the required information. Then in the Payment & Shipping Section add your code in the box named Coupon Code.

(Please Note: If the total cost of the order plus shipping charges exceeds your gift certificate amount, you will be required to make a payment for the additional amount.)

What if I ordered something that is out of stock?

In the event that the customer response is greater than we anticipate, we will notify you as soon as possible that the item is out of stock and arrange to adjust your order accordingly. You will not be charged until the item is sent out to you.

What if I haven’t received my order?

In the unlikely event that your order is not received, please phone us on 02 8569 0638 domestic or + 61 (0)2 8569 0638 international

Or email us at order@bluebanksia.com as soon as possible so we can investigate your order.

If you have given us a wrong address we are more than willing to re-deliver you order with an additional delivery charge based on the new location.

(Please note: You are solely responsible for the theft, loss or damage of the goods once they are in your possession and/or the order has been left at the delivery address)

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

No sorry we do not. A street address must be provided.

Which currency are blueBanksia.com prices listed in?

All prices on bluebanksia.com are in Australian dollars and prices charged to overseas-based credit cards are based on the exchange rate on the day of shipment.

What taxes are payable on products in the shop?

All prices listed on bluebanksia.com include 10% GST for all Australian orders. International orders are discounted by 10% on check out.
